Rose Santal Eau de Toilette
After arriving in Saint Louis at 19, Henry Shaw sold steel products from his family's business in Sheffield, England and made his fortune quickly. After retiring at an early age, Shaw set out to travel the world, exploring Southern Europe, Northern Africa and the Far East. In his travels, Shaw decided to bring back the botanical wonders he discovered to Saint Louis to form Shaw's Garden, what eventually became the Missouri Botanical Gardens and Tower Grove Park
Rose Santal is a dusty, sultry rose and sandalwood scent with spicy and subtly sparkling sweet undertones. It was inspired by Shaw's travels and the wonders he discovered, beginning with a peppery tea rose accord and supported by Italian bergamot, cardamom from North Africa, and Indian black pepper all placed upon a creamy sandalwood accord.
